Yes — we ship to all major towns and counties across Kenya. Delivery timelines vary by location: Nairobi orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days, while upcountry orders may take 2–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you don't receive this within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or call us on 0111 547849.
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi: 1–2 business days. Other major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2–3 business days. Remote or rural areas: 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us immediately at 0111 547849 or info@tclofficialstore.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you may initiate a return.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on your location and the size/weight of the item. The exact fee is calculated at checkout before you complete payment. Large items like 65"+ TVs or refrigerators may carry a special delivery charge due to handling requirements.

What TV sizes do you stock?

What's the difference between QLED, Mini LED, and QD-Mini LED?
QLED uses quantum dot technology for vivid colours and bright images — great for well-lit rooms. Mini LED adds thousands of tiny backlighting zones for superior contrast and black levels. QD-Mini LED combines both — quantum dots for colour accuracy plus Mini LED precision backlighting — delivering the best picture quality in TCL's lineup. Not sure which to pick? Do your TVs support Netflix, YouTube, and local streaming?
Yes. All TCL Smart TVs in our store run Google TV, which gives you instant access to Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, Showmax, and thousands of other apps directly from the Google Play Store. Voice control via Google Assistant is also built in.
Do you sell home appliances beyond TVs?
Yes! In addition to our full TV and soundbar range, we stock TCL refrigerators (top-mounted, cross-door, and side-by-side), front-loading washing machines, and wash-and-dry combo units. All engineered to the same TCL quality standard.
What warranty do TCL products come with?
All TCL products sold through our store carry an official TCL manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 year on TVs and 1–2 years on home appliances. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and factory faults. Please keep your receipt and original packaging as proof of purchase.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at 0111 547849 or info@tclofficialstore.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description or photo of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may include a repair, replacement, or technical assessment.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Items showing signs of use or missing packaging cannot be returned. See our full Refund Policy for details.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening, photograph it clearly and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. All online transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Is it safe to pay online on your store?
Yes. Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption and processed through a PCI-compliant payment system. Your financial details are never stored on our servers. If you prefer, you can also pay via M-Pesa paybill and confirm with us directly.
